By submitting this application to the Isekai Anime Con 2026 Waitlist, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Guarantee of Placement Submission of this waitlist form does not guarantee a booth, table, or placement within the Artist Alley or Vendor Hall. This list is used solely to fill vacancies should they arise due to cancellations or layout adjustments.

2. 24-Hour Response Policy In the event that a space becomes available, Isekai Anime Con staff will reach out to the next eligible applicant via the email address provided in this form. Due to the time-sensitive nature of convention planning, you must respond within 24 hours of our initial outreach. If we do not receive a confirmation within this 24-hour window, we will move on to the next person on the waitlist, and your spot for that specific opening will be forfeited.

3. Readiness to Participate Applicants should only join the waitlist if they are prepared to finalize payment and logistics on short notice. Please ensure your contact information is accurate and that you are monitoring your inbox (including spam/junk folders) for communications from Registration@isekaianimecon.com.

4. Selection Process Isekai Anime Con reserves the right to select waitlist applicants based on the needs of the show (e.g., maintaining a diverse variety of merchandise and art) rather than strictly by the order in which applications were received.

5. Non-Transferable Waitlist spots and any subsequent offers for space are non-transferable and may not be sold or given to another artist or vendor.
